The Greene County Democratic Party is proud to uphold and endorse traditional Democratic values. We care about providing high quality public education for all citizens, and access to higher education for those at all income levels.

We cherish the religious freedoms Americans enjoy. We are concerned for our aging citizens who need accessible and affordable health care options for preventative and long term care. We understand the importance of a foreign policy that is implemented with a view toward future relationships with other nations rather than a short term policy geared toward political gain.

We were responsible for record surpluses and deplore the return of huge deficits. We care for the environment and it was Democrats who led the way to implement the Clean Air Act and establish the Environmental Protection Agency.

Every day in America people lead safer, more productive lives as a result of the efforts of Democrats over the years.
